No PO Box is a Shopify application that provides checkout validation and address filtering functionality for e-commerce stores. The App allows merchants to restrict or validate shipping addresses, including the ability to block P.O. Box addresses and implement custom checkout rules. Features may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. No PO Box will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

Certain features of the App may require payment of fees. All fees are charged through Shopify's billing system and are subject to Shopify's payment terms. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with reasonable notice provided to existing subscribers.
We may offer free trials or promotional periods. At the end of any free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. You are responsible for canceling your subscription if you do not wish to continue using the App.
The App, including its design, features, code, and content, is the exclusive property of No PO Box and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for its intended purpose. This license does not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials.
The App integrates with Shopify and may interact with other third-party services. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. No PO Box is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party services or for any loss or damage arising from your use of them.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NO PO BOX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. YOU USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NO PO BOX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless No PO Box, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may also terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
No PO Box reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or through the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which No PO Box operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and No PO Box regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
